Faculty of Dentistry

The Faculty of Dentistry offers the Bachelor of Dental Surgery and trains dental surgeons for a country with very few qualified dentists. Students move from pre-clinical laboratory practice into supervised patient care in the University dental teaching clinic, covering restorative dentistry, oral surgery, periodontology, prosthodontics, paediatric dentistry and orthodontics, alongside community and preventive dentistry.
