Overview
The Faculty of Medicine and Surgery offers the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Its departments span the basic medical sciences and the clinical disciplines, and clinical training takes place in the Al Hayat teaching hospital and affiliated health facilities, where students undertake core clinical rotations in internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, community health, radiology and anaesthesia, together with elective rotations in areas matching their interests.
